1.I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO WEAR TO MY SESSION

I am happy to provide outfit guides, images, advice and much more! If we have a specific theme, we can even create a mood board with poses, setting and outfit ideas for your session.

I am a very big fan of neutral tones for family and couple sessions, Dresses and shirts that are flown to allow some movement are also a bonus. Your entire family doesn't need to match their outfits perfectly, but sticking to a colour or aesthetic theme is ideal.

2. Where is your studio located?

My studio address is 3228 Kalum Street, unit 2021. I am located in the downtown area, directly above Trigo's clothing (the one with the bears).

There is elevator access available for guests with mobility issues.

My studio is perfect for smaller families under 5 people, small children and infants, and couple sessions.

Studio is a white airy space with a slightly boho vibe, featuring a bedroom space, couch area and back drops that are also available for sessions.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I require a $50.00 non refundable retainer for all sessions, which will taken off the remaining session due 24 hours prior to session.

If you need to cancel, your deposit will be honoured for ONE more booking. If there is a secondary cancelation, an additional deposit will be due.

24 hours notice is appreciated.

If a client is late to a session I provide a grace period of up to 10 minutes, every additional 5 minutes the client is late will be taken off session time.

If a client is late 25 minutes or more, the session will be automatically cancelled. Payment will not be refunded. Additional deposit necessary for rebooking.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

I provide an online digital proofing gallery with ALL edited images from the session. This allows you to go through and select your favourite images from the session, as hey let's face it, you may have different taste than myself when it comes your photos, and I would love for each client to have some control in what they receive. You will have the ability to download the images included with your package, with the option to purchase additional pictures from the gallery, or the entire gallery itself.

My pixieset offers multiple options for prints, canvas, magnets, cards and more, all accessible right from your gallery. If you require assistance with this, do not hesitate to reach out.
